FARM-PAC Trustees Endorse Gary Romine

MFB FARM-PAC trustees endorsed Gary Romine for State Senate District 3.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Trustees representing Missouri Farm Bureau’s FARM-PAC endorsed Gary Romine during an endorsement session September 27th.  Romine is running against Joe Fallert, Jr.

The endorsement of  Romine came after trustees interviewed both candidates, reviewed the candidates’ responses to a FARM-PAC questionnaire, and reviewed voting records. Current 3rd District Sen. Kevin Engler did not run due to term limits.

Romine has served as chief of staff for Engler and 22nd District Sen. Bill Alter. The Farmington business man manages a network of 20 rent-to-own stores.

Missouri Farm Bureau’s regional FARM-PACs are political action committees of farmers and ranchers who are selected as trustees by their county Farm Bureau organizations. For any endorsement to stand, two-thirds of the vote tallied must favor a candidate.
