	STEVEN & AMY SAPP OF BOONE COUNTY run Strawberry Hill Farms where they operate a retail greenhouse south of Columbia selling bedding plants, vegetable plants, perennials and hanging baskets. Their farming operation also consists of a 90 head cow/calf operation, plus over 300 acres of fescue hay and retailing mums in the fall. They have one child, Evan, 1.

	SCOTT & JEANNETTE STONE OF AUDRAIN COUNTY run a small purebred Saler cow/calf operation with the calves sold as seed stock or show animals. They also raise purebred dogs. In addition, they have a 30x60 greenhouse producing poinsettias and bedding plants. Scott works off the farm as the Ag Sciences Instructor at Centralia High School and Jeannette works as an elementary school special education teacher. They are the parents of two children Zane, 6; and Annamarie, 3.
